## Rate limiting

API calls are rate limited. Your specific limit is set per partner and confirmed when your key is issued.

  Batch your pulls into daily windows rather than polling in a loop, and back off on any non-200 response before retrying.

## Getting help

Your Tyviso account manager is the fastest route for API keys, limit increases, and adding a new placement or flow to your account.

When reporting an issue, include the endpoint, the query string, the timestamp, and the full response body — it usually resolves in one reply.
